Bringing a Decision on adopting the Business Plan of the Company for 2023, which includes the Business Report of the Management Board for 2023, the Independent Auditor\u2019s Report for the year which ended on 31 December 2023, the Report on the Activities of the Company\u2019s Supervisory Board and the Report on the Activities of the Company\u2019s Audit Board for 2023;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03. Bringing a Decision on distribution of the Company&#8217;s realised profit for 2023;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04. Bringing a Decision on adopting a revised Business plan for 2024;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a05. Adopting a Rulebook on work of the Company&#8217;s Supervisory Board;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a06. Bringing a Decision on dismissal of acting members of the Company&#8217;s Supervisory Board;:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a07.
