Public Company ”ELEKTROPRIVREDA HRVATSKE ZAJEDNICE HERCEG BOSNE” Joint-Stock Company Mostar invites all interested legal entities and natural persons to submit bids for lease of the Company\u2019s business premises in Jajce, at the address Ba\u0161\u010deluci 1 Street, Jajce.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The object of the public invitation\u00a0 is a real estate marked as: business premises located in the Ba\u0161\u010deluci 1 Street, Jajce, area 52.80 m\u00b2 and a real estate marked as: business premises located in the Ba\u0161\u010deluci 1 Street in Jajce, area 41 m\u00b2.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The lowest price of the lease is 6 KM (convertible marks) per square meter. The amount of the lease will be increased for the VAT.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The abovementioned premises are leased for a fixed period of 12 months with the possibility of extending the contract.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The written bid for lease should contain the name and the correct address of the bidder (the lessee), telephone; fax, e-mail as well as the offered lease amount.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

If the bidder is a legal entity, along with a written application, an excerpt from the court register for the company or another certificate of the competent court authority or administration authority must be submitted in order to prove that no bankruptcy or liquidation procedure have been initiated against the legal entity.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Untimely and incomplete documentation will not be considered.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The most favourable bid will be considered the bid which meets the conditions of the invitation and contains the highest amount of the lease.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The lease will be paid monthly, for the duration of the lease and no later than the 10th<\/sup> day of the month for the current month, in accordance with the issued invoices.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The business premises may be viewed every day working day from 11:00 to 14:00 o\u2019clock, with prior notice on the telephone number 030\/658-048.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Bids for participation in the pubic invitation shall be delivered in sealed envelopes to the address: JP ”ELEKTROPRIVREDA HZ HB” d.d. Mostar, Alekse \u0160anti\u0107a 106 A Street, 88 000 Mostar with a reference Bid for participation in a public call \u2013 bid for a real estate.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

The deadline for the submission of bids is 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of the public call.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
