Pursuant to the Decision of the Company’s Management Board No. UD-112\/23 the Committee for sale of scrapped vehicles hereby issues a\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

PUBLIC CALL<\/strong><\/span>
\r\nFOR BIDS FOR SALE OF USED MOTOR VEHICLES<\/strong><\/span>
\r\n\u2013 the first round \u2013<\/span><\/p>\r\n

We call all interested legal entities and natural persons to submit written bids for purchase of the following motor vehicles:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n

The bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope to the address JP ”Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar, Upravna zgrada, Kralja Petra Kre\u0161imira IV 6-A Street, Mostar or delivered in person to the protocol, no later than 19 September 2023 (Tuesday) till 11 o’clock.\u00a0<\/span>
\r\nIndication on the envelope: the code (ordinal number under which the vehicle is registrated in the tender documentation), name and surname, address, telephone number, name of the company (for legal entities) of the bidder, with an indication Do not open.\u00a0<\/span>
\r\nBidders who on the behalf of the guarantee pay an amount of money equal to 10% of the initial price of the vehicle may participate in public bidding.\u00a0<\/span>
\r\nTh bid must contain the exact name of the vehicle, the offered price expressed in numbers, letters and signed, as well as the evidence of payment on behalf of the guarantee and the information on the bidder’s account for the purpose of recovering the money on behalf of the guarantee.\u00a0<\/span>
\r\nUntimely bids will not be considered.\u00a0<\/span>
\r\nPayments shall be made to a giro account 3381002200811294 (for payments in KM) in UniCredit banka d.d. Mostar with an indication ”guarantee for participation in the bidding procedure \u2013 first round”.<\/span>
\r\nTo the bidder who is chosen as the most favourable, the funds paid on behalf of the guarantee will be included in the purchase price, and to the bidders whose bids are not accepted the money will be returned no later than (5) five working days since the day of signing of the sales contract with the most favourable bidder, and the stated funds will be paid into the account whose number should be submitted together with other data in the bid.<\/span>
\r\nThe most favourable bidder is obliged to conclude a sales contract and to pay the agreed amount within 5 (five) working days from the day of opening the offer.<\/span>
\r\nIf the most favourable bidder does not conclude a sales contract within the specified period, it will be deemed that the bidder has given up the purchase and will thus lose the right to the funds paid on behalf on the guarantee, and the next most favourable bidder who participated in the bidding procedure will be declared the buyer.\u00a0<\/span>
\r\nMotor vehicles may be\u00a0 inspected at the above mentioned address with a mandatory prior telephone announcement to the contact person.<\/span>
\r\nThe public opening of bids will take place on 19 September 2023 (Tuesday) at 12 o’clock in the premises of JP ”ELEKTROPRIVREDA HZ HB” d.d. Mostar \u2013 the premises of the Power Generation Division,\u00a0 Alekse \u0160anti\u0107a 106A Street. The bidders or their proxies may attend the public opening. The sales contract will be concluded with the most favourable bidder for the subject vehicle, and the payments shall be made before taking over the vehicle.\u00a0<\/span>
\r\nFor passenger vehicles the VAT costs will not be paid, whereas for all other categories of vehicles the VAT costs will be borne by the buyer. Other conditions shall be defined in the sales contract.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n
