In the light of recent media reports related to the Public Company ˮELEKTROPRIVREDA HRVATSKE ZAJEDNICE HERCEG BOSNEˮ joint-stock company Mostar, in order to provide the public with accurate and complete information, we are releasing the following statement.

Request made by the Public Company ˮELEKTROPRIVREDA HRVATSKE ZAJEDNICE HERCEG BOSNEˮ joint-stock company Mostar submitted in 2021 has been fully adopted by Decisions of the Department for Urban Planning and Construction – the Cadastre Office of the City of Mostar from 13 April 2026.

The Decisions were preceded by the adoption of the Decision of the Federal Geodetic Administration Sarajevo from 28 November 2022, and the end of the administrative dispute that was conducted before the competent Cantonal Court in Mostar following the lawsuit of the Public Company ˮElektroprivreda BiHˮ joint-stock company Sarajevo, which was rejected by the judgement of the same court from 27 May 2025.

The above-mentioned decisions in the Cadastre Office permit the entry of changes in information about the user, i.e. the holder of the right of possession, in favour of the Public Company ˮELEKTROPRIVREDA HRVATSKE ZAJEDNICE HERCEG BOSNEˮ joint-stock company Mostar on all real estate covered by the subject request, which exclusively refer to real estate that, according to the line of expropriation, make up the HPP Mostar facility with the associated protective belt and infrastructure.

We emphasize that certain media interpretations of legal activities in this matter are factually incorrect.
