ORGANIZATION
The Company’s Supervisory Board consists of seven members, including the President, who are appointed and relieved of duty by the Company’s Assembly, and are appointed for a four-year term. The Supervisory Board supervises the work and operations of the Company and has other responsibilities prescribed by law and the Company’s Statute. Sessions of the Supervisory Board are held as needed, at least once every three months.
