Pursuant to Articles 40 and 70 of the Law on Environmental Protection (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 15/21) the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism made available to the public the Request for a Preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment of the investor JP “ELEKTROPRIVREDA HZ HB” d.d. Mostar for the Project of construction of Wind Farm Poklečani, installed capacity 132 MW, in municipality Posušje and the same is available at this link.

Remarks, suggestions and opinions to this Request may be submitted to the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism in written form within 30 days from the day of its publication on the website (13 June 2023) at the address: the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism, Hamdije Čemerlića 2 Street, 71000 Sarajevo.
