Quality management, safety, and environmental protection are essential elements of our business policy and strategic development priorities of JP “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar. The process-oriented quality management system in the Company is based on the application of legal regulations, internal acts, directives, guidelines, and recommendations, and is developed in partnership with the professional and general public.

Quality management at all organizational levels, business processes, and in interaction with the public is the obligation, duty, and mission of the Management and employees of the Company. This is all aimed at achieving business goals, creating a constructive work environment, and building long-term relationships with stakeholders based on trust. Our quality policy is based on the following principles:
