PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FROM RENEWABLE ENERGY PRODUCERS
Decision of the Company’s Management No. I-5805/22 dated August 25, 2022, as well as amendments and supplements to this Decision No. UD-109/23 dated April 6, 2023, and amendments to this Decision No. UD-870/23 dated November 15, 2023, establish the conditions for the purchase of electrical energy from producers of electrical energy from renewable sources connected to the distribution network of JP “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar.
The conditions for purchase and signing of the Purchase Agreement include possession of a Operating License for the production of electrical energy (if there is a legal obligation) issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission of FBiH (FERK) and a Decision on acquiring the status of a qualified producer. A producer interested in selling electrical energy under the terms contained in this Decision must not have a valid purchase agreement with the Operator for RES and CHP or any other entity in the electricity market.
The price at which JP “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar will purchase electrical energy is determined according to the following formula:
Potkup = HUPXmavg * 0,8
Gdje je:
- Potkup – purchase price of electrical energy from producers from RES connected to the distribution network of JP “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar
- HUPXmavg –average monthly price from the reference Hungarian exchange HUPX for the month for which the purchase of electrical energy is made (published on the official website of the HUPX exchange).
The initiative to sign a Purchase Agreement for electrical energy is submitted by the Producer to the email: ured.gen.dir@ephzhb.ba or to the address of the Company (JP “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar, Street Kralja Petra Krešimira IV, 6-A, 88 000 Mostar, BiH) with the note “Initiative for signing a Purchase Agreement for electrical energy”.
