Renewable energy producers
PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FROM RENEWABLE ENERGY PRODUCERS
The conditions for purchase of electricity and signing of the Purchase Agreement from producers of electricity from renewable sources connected to the distribution grid of JP “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar include possession of a License for electricity generation (if legally required), issued by the Regulatory Commission for Energy in FBiH (FERK), and a Decision on granting the status of a qualified producer. Producers interested in selling electricity under these terms must not have a valid purchase agreement with the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Operator or any other entity in the electricity market.
The price at which JP “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar will purchase electrical energy is determined according to the following formula:
Ppurchase = HUPXmavg * 0,8
Where:
- Ppurchase – the purchase price of electricity from renewable energy producers connected to the distribution network of JP “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar
- HUPXmavg –the average monthly price from the Hungarian HUPX exchange in the month for which the electricity purchase is being made (published on the official HUPX exchange website)
The initiative to sign a Purchase Agreement is submitted by the Producer to the email: ured.gen.dir@ephzhb.ba or to the address of the Company (JP “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar, Street Kralja Petra Krešimira IV, 6-A, 88 000 Mostar, BiH) with the note “Initiative for signing a Purchase Agreement for electricity”.
